It’s been a really rough depressing week, so I decided to do my part to keep the internet strange and make myself feel a bit better and play a little game I like to call “See how long it takes to get banned from OkCupid”.

Step 1: Find the sparkliest, most anime picture I can on google image search. Searching “Handsome Anime Prince” worked the best.

Step 2: Create the profile with the name YourSenpai (which I am kinda surprised wasn’t taken) and fill in some basic stuff

Step 3: Search for people with “senpai” or “sempai” listed in their profiles and see who wants to be noticed.

Step 4: 5-Star them so the system sends them an email saying “YourSenpai Is Checking You Out!”

Step 4a: Maybe message them something along the lines of “I have noticed you.” or something more specific based on their profile.

Step 5: PROFIT. The internet is a little more strange (in a nice way), people laugh at the dumb joke, and I feel like my corner of the internet is a little brighter for it.

Enclosed are some of the responses. I messaged everyone with senpai/sempai in their profiles (which turned out to be like 10 people but still).

When I went back to searching, I noticed that girl actually changed her profile afterward!
